OUR HISTORY

RM&M LLC was born from two milling machines in a small rented out space by Oscar Montellano’s after-work hobby. Oscar has worked in this industry as a machinist for over 20 years and has a passion for machining. In result of his talent and hard work, he was able to quit his day job & focus on founding Resource Machining & MFG in 2016. After acquiring a few more machines & a few more customers, that is where it started. Since the birth of RM&M, his family has supported his dream & his wife, Maria, & two daughters, Andrea & Valerie, help manage the business/shop & they have dedicated their careers to grow this company. The entire family is very passionate about the future of RM&M. Resource Machining & MFG is located in Germantown, WI & moved out of the smaller space into a newer, & much more spacious unit in 2019 that is able to hold their current capabilities. The family business is very important to them and even the employees who aren’t part of the family, are treated like family. At RM&M, they possess personal values of hard work, and an atmosphere of security and community. RM&M has goals of working towards adding even more machines, opening a new location, adding more production automation, & ISO certification in the future. |

We can always go back & see where things may have went wrong or where we might catch something being off before it becomes an issue.
